Request for Internet PIN
What do I need to do?
Create an Internet PIN using your Hong Leong ATM Card or Credit Card at any Hong Leong Bank ATM or Hong Leong PhoneBanking.
To create your Internet PIN at ATM using ATM/Credit Card, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Select PIN/TAC
Step 2: Select Internet PIN Creation
Step 3: Enter & Re-enter your preferred 6-digit Internet PIN (Do memorise this number, as it will not be printed on the ATM receipt for security reasons)

To create your Internet PIN at PhoneBanking using ATM/Credit Card, follow these steps:
- Call PhoneBanking at +603 7626 8899
- Select your preferred language
- Enter your ATM/ Credit Card Number
- Enter your PhoneBanking TPIN
- Select 5 for Internet Banking Options
- Select 4 for Internet PIN Creation
- Enter your preferred 6-digit Internet PIN
- Re-enter the preferred 6-digit Internet PIN
Once your Internet PIN has been successfully created, log in to www.hlb.com.my to complete the registration process.
