PIN Security - Dos and Don'ts
Hong Leong Bank ATM cardholder shall at all times adhere to the following dos and don'ts with regards to the Hong Leong Bank ATM Card PIN :-
- Cardholder shall not at any time disclose the PIN to anyone else including staff of the Bank under any circumstances.
- If PIN is exposed or suspected to be exposed to any other person, cardholder shall immediately perform a PIN change to protect cardholders' own interest.
- The card is issued solely for the use of the Cardholder who shall not transfer, pledge or otherwise use it as security in any form.
- Cardholder shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent lost or theft of Card. Cardholder is advised not to keep the PIN and ATM Card together to protect the Cardholder's interest.
- Cardholder shall notify the Bank immediately of such loss or theft and the circumstances thereof.
