Contact Mobile Money Toll Free Member Care Hotline immediately to report loss of mobile phone. Contact Mobile Money Toll Free Member Care Hotline immediately if your mobile number is changed. Contact Mobile Money Toll Free Member Care Hotline if you receive a payment notification that is incorrect or not transacted by you. Change your Security PIN if you suspect your Security PIN has been disclosed to any third party. Counter check the 3-digit Approval Code that was assigned together with your eCash Number against the Approval Code printed on your receipt issued by merchant. Contact Mobile Money if codes do not match. Check your transaction records regularly at www.mobile-money.com and report any errors or inaccuracies on your transaction list. You may view your transaction history back to the preceding 120 days.

Do not leave your mobile phone with anyone. Do not disclose your Security PIN to anyone including staff of Hong Leong Bank or Mobile Money. Do not retain SMS messages that have your Security PIN recorded in your mobile phone. Do not reveal your eCash Number and/or your 4-digit Personal Identity Code and/or your 3-digit Approval Code (unique to each eCash Number) to anyone.
