The Hong Leong Mobile Credit Card is a proprietary virtual credit card offered in conjunction with Mobile Money International,which payment solution is branded as “Access To Mobile” payment services.

Access To Mobile (ATM) payment services enable mobile credit card payments to be done via:
1. SMS with a Security PIN or
2. eCash with an Identity Code.

Mobile ATM transactions therefore do not require EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminals at merchants or plastic cards.
