Documents Required
If you are an existing principal cardholder of other credit cards (12 months and above):
- Photocopy of IC (both sides)
- Photocopy of your credit card (both sides)
If you do not have any credit card
- Photocopy of IC (both sides)
- Latest 2 months salary slip
- Latest EPF/ form B and tax payment receipt
If you are self-employed without any credit card
- Photocopy of IC (both sides)
- Business Registration Certificate 9/24/49
- Latest EPF/ form B and tax payment receipt
