Permanent Disablement

- Pays a lump sum of cash to your loved ones in the event of accidental death.
Medical Expenses Reimbursement
- Reimbursement of medical expenses as a result of an accident. The Plan pays you double for hip fractures and spinal cord injuries.
Daily Nursing Care Allowance
- Pays a daily nursing care allowance, up to 30 days.
Daily Hospital Cash Benefit
- Pays cash allowance for each day you are hospitalized due to an accident, up to 90 days. Double benefits for Intensive Care Unit confinement.
