SMS TRANSACTION ALERT

Please be informed that Hong Leong Bank will implement SMS Transaction Alert effective 1 Jan 2012. Cardholders will be notified via SMS of every transaction made on their credit and/ or debit card which amounts to or exceeds the pre-determined amount set by the bank. Such pre-determined amounts are subject to change by Hong Leong Bank from time to time.

The latest mobile phone number of Principal cardholder on record with Hong Leong Bank will be used for the purpose of sending SMS Transaction Alerts. For transactions made by Supplementary cardholders, SMS Transaction Alert will be sent to the Principal cardholder.

Cardholders are required to write in for request to change the pre-determined amount or totally opt out of this SMS Transaction Alert service. Cardholders can obtain the SMS Transaction Alert Service Maintenance Form from the nearest Hong Leong Bank branch or
download the said form from Hong Leong Online (http://www.hlb.com.my).
