Registration

Step One – Ensure you have your HLB T-PIN and Maxis 64k SIM card

HLB Telephone PIN (T-PIN)

	You will be given a T-PIN when you collect your Bankcard (ATM card) from the branch
	If you are currently holding a Bankcard but have never received a T-PIN or have misplaced your T-PIN, please visit your branch to have one issued to you instantly
	If you are currently holding a HLB credit card, please call 03-7626-8899 to create your T-PIN over the phone. Click here to find out more on creation of T-PIN via Hong Leong Phone Banking
	If you are currently a Phone Banking user, you do not need to get a new T-PIN

Maxis 64K SIM Card

	You can get a 64K SIM card upgrade at any Maxis Centre or Maxis Authorised Service Agent (MASA) and at the same time, get Maxis to download Hong Leong Mobile Banking menu to your handphone
	If you already have a 64K SIM card, to download Hong Leong Mobile Banking menu, just call Maxis at:
	123 for Maxis post-paid customers; or
	1-300-820-120 for Hotlink prepaid customers

Step Two – Register for Hong Leong Mobile Banking

	Fill up a registration form at the branch or;
	Call our Customer Relationship Officer at 03-7626-8899

Step Three – Change your T-PIN

	If you are already a Phone Banking user, please skip this step and proceed to STEP Four
	For others, please change your T-PIN by following these steps:
		Select EasyAccess (Interactive) from the menu on your handphone
		Scroll to Hong Leong
		Select T-PIN Change
		Key in your access number, that is either your Bankcard or Credit Card number
		Key in your T-PIN as given and change it to your own preferred 6-digit T-PIN
		Click Send and your request will be answered by a return SMS

Step Four – Activate your Mobile Banking service

	Select EasyAccess (Interactive) from the menu on your handphone
	Scroll to Hong Leong
	Select Activation
	Key in your access number, that is either your Bankcard or Credit Card number
	Key in your T-PIN as changed by yourself
	Click Send and your request will be answered by a return SMS
