On 22nd October 2011, Hong Leong Bank organized "Starry Starry Night - The Journey Begins" to launch the HCMC Priority Banking Center and to mark the beginning of lifestyle banking in Vietnam.

The event which featured the benefits offered by Hong Leong's lifestyle partners also showcased a line-up of local talents, a fashion show, ‘live' customer testimonials, and a line-up of the Bank's very own Priority Banking RMs. The event was very well-attended by over 180 guests including prospects, customers, and business partners.

In attendance was Dato Azmil Zabidi, Malaysian Ambassador to Vietnam (Guest of Honor), Encik Shazryll Zahiran, Con-sul General of Malaysia, Encik Nor Azme Salleh, Vice consulate general of Malaysia plus influential community and opinion leaders.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, the event left an indelible mark on the audience and significantly enhanced the brand image of Hong Leong Bank in Vietnam.
