Under Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), we are required to collect and report certain information to the local tax authority on the status of our customers. Please take a moment to confirm the below information.

a)    I am also a U.S resident or hold a U.S green card.

b)    I confirm that ONE of the below applies to me.

  • I was born in the U.S
  • I have a current U.S residence or mailing address, including a U.S P.O Box address
  • I have a U.S telephone number
  • I only have ‘hold mail’ or ‘in care of’ address that is my sole address
