Effective 1 June 2026, Hong Leong Bank and Hong Leong Islamic Bank will offer goodwill discounts to eligible customers who choose to pay off their existing Rule of 78 fixed-rate financing early.

Please ensure the details provided are accurate in order to receive your goodwill discount directly into your nominated bank account.

Note:
1. The goodwill discount eligibility and amount will be calculated based on the actual Settlement Date, i.e., actual date the full early settlement payment is received by the Bank. If you are making the early settlement payment by cheque, the actual Settlement Date will be the date the cheque is cleared.
2. The refund will be processed within ten (10) working days from the actual Settlement Date for HLB/HLB Islamic bank accounts and within twenty (20) working days from the actual Settlement Date for other bank accounts, subject to the Bank’s receipt of the complete and accurate details of your nominated bank account.
