With effect from 25 January 2016, Hong Leong Bank and Hong Leong Islamic bank customers can enable their ATM / Debit Card for the following services:
Overseas ATM Withdrawal, Overseas Purchase, Mail order/ Telephone Order, Auto debit and Overseas Online Purchase via Hong Leong Connect.
Simply follow the steps below:
- Log on to www.hongleongconnect.com.my
- Under ‘Other Services’ go to ‘ATM/Debit Card’ and select ‘Overseas Withdrawal & Debit Card Settings’
- Select the card you want to enable from the dropdown
- Click on the relevant checkbox to select services you want to enable.
- Key in TAC received on your mobile, proceed and you’re ready to go!
Remarks:
You Need to enable your debit card for Online Purchase from Non 3D Secure websites such as Amazon, Apple iTunes, Google Play, Agoda, SteamsGames, etc.
You Do Not need to enable your debit card for Online Purchases from 3D Secure websites. 3D Secure website are websites that require One Time Password (OTP).
