Hong Leong Online provides additional convenience for its customers with its latest collaboration
Hong Leong Bank's (HLB) Hong Leong Online now offers customers the added convenience of transacting with government agencies with simple clicks of themouse.
Collaborating with Malaysia 's Electronic Government Services provider MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG"), customers can now pay their summons, renewal ofroad tax, etc via Hong Leong Online. Among the government agencies transactions accepted by Hong Leong Online are JPJ ("Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan"), JPN("Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara"), PDRM ("Polis DiRaja Malaysia"), DBKL ("Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur") among others.
"HLB is one of the first banks in Malaysia to step forward and offer this special service to customers in support of government e-Collections," said VictorKhor, Chief Operating Officer of Technology & E-banking in Hong Leong Bank. "This endeavor is in line with our efforts to offer our customers greaterconvenience by extending to them an alternative service that is fast, safe and secure."
All one needs to do is select the Government agency you would like to perform a transaction with, key in your details, verify certain information and youcan proceed to make your electronic payment. It is that simple!
