RM10 will be credited into your account after you register for HLB Connect & login to HLB Connect App for the first time.
Important:
- Please ensure you have already registered your mobile number to receive TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code).
- If you do not have Credit or Debit Card/Debit Card-i, you will also need a Temporary ID.

How to Register?

Step 1: Enter NRIC number

Step 2: Enter TAC that is sent
to your mobile phone

Step 3: Enter your Credit Card details

Step 4: Create your username,
password and select security picture

Step 1: Enter NRIC number

Step 2: Enter TAC that is sent
to your mobile phone

Step 3: Enter your Debit Card/Debit Card-i details

Step 4: Create your username,
password and select security picture

Step 1: Enter ID number (NRIC/Passport)

Step 2: Enter TAC that is sent
to your mobile phone

Step 3: Enter Temporary ID (to be obtained from any
HLB Branches and is valid for 3 days)
and your account details

Step 4: Create your username,
password and select security picture


To receive a TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) via SMS, please register your mobile number at any HLB branch.

As a safety measure, a mobile number can only be registered to one HLB Connect user. The mobile number you register cannot be used by another HLB Connect user.

A Temporary ID can be obtained from any HLB branch and is valid for 3 days.
Please ensure you use the Temporary ID to complete your HLB Connect registration before the ID expires.
