Q: What is a GSC-Hong Leong Credit Card?

A: GSC- Hong Leong Credit Card is a co-branded card between GSC and Hong Leong Bank offering movie privileges at GSC cinemas nationwide.

 

Q: Will I automatically be signed up as a GSC website member once my GSC-Hong Leong Credit Card is approved?

A: You will need to sign up personally as a GSC website member via www.gsc.com.my.

 

Q: What should I do if I forget my Login ID and/or password for the GSC website?

A: If you have forgotten your User ID, you will need to re-register yourself. However, if you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Password Retrieval" and follow the instructions.

 

Q: Is it compulsory for GSC-Hong Leong Credit Cardholders to sign up as a GSC website member?

A: Yes, in order to check your Bonus Value balance in your Credit Card and enjoy GSC e-payment ticketing facility.

 

Q: I am a new GSC-Hong Leong Credit Card holder; how do I go about registering myself as a GSC website member?

A: To register, you must sign up as a GSC website member. Then, click on 'First time login' in the login box. You will be required to fill in a Login ID and your I/C number for verification and data retrieval purposes. Registration completes after the email verification. If you are an existing GSC website member, you can register yourself by clicking on 'First time login' in the login box.

A: Please call the Hong Leong Bank 24 hours Call Centre at 03-7626 8899 to activate your GSC- Hong Leong Credit Card in order to enjoy the offers.

 

Q: How can I sign up as a GSC-Hong Leong Credit Card website member?

A: You can log on to www.gsc.com.my to sign up as a GSC- Hong Leong Credit Card website member. As a member, you will be able to check your Bonus Value balance online.

 

Q: If I lose my GSC-Hong Leong Credit Card, who do I contact?

A: You have to immediately report the lost card to our Customer Service at 03-7626 8899. If there is a police report, the RM50 card replacement fee will be waived.

 

Q: I have just received my first GSC-Hong Leong Credit Card statement. Where can I make the payment?

A: Payment can be made via cash or cheque at:

Any Hong Leong Bank branches;

  • Any Hong Leong Bank cash or cheque deposit machines;
  • Any Hong Leong Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATM);
  • Cheque payments to "EBB CC for (Name of Principal cardholder)" using the self-addressed envelope enclosed with the statement;
  • Any Interbank GIRO Payment (IBG)
  • Funds transfer through Hong Leong Savings/Current Account via Internet Banking;
  • Funds transfer from Hong Leong Savings/Current Account via Phone Banking.

 

Q: What should I do if I do not receive my monthly credit card statement?

A: You may view your GSC - Hong Leong Credit Card transaction details through online banking or e-statement.
