Q: What is Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card?

A: The Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card is a Touch 'n Go Card with an automatic reload feature that is linked to your Hong Leong Current or Savings Account via Hong Leong Debit Card. Every time your Zing Debit Card balance falls below RM50, it will automatically reload RM50 and the amount will be debited from your "Retail Purchase Account" either Hong Leong Savings or Current Account via Hong Leong Debit Card.

 

Q: What is the validity period of the Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card?

A: Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card has an estimated lifespan of 64,000 transactions or equivalent to 10 years for very heavy users. Renewal should be done before the expiry date indicated on the card. One month before renewal, HLB will send you a letter together with the NEW Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card.

  1. Visit any Hong Leong bank branch nearest to you
  2. Bring along your MyKad for verification and open a Current or Savings Account and get a Debit Card instantly. You are automatically qualified to apply for a Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card

 

Q: How long does it take to receive a Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card?

A: You will get your Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card via post within 30 days from your application submission.

Q: What should I do if my Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card is stolen or lost?

A: You can immediately:

  1. Report to Hong Leong Contact Centre at 03-7626 8899 for lost card within Malaysia or overseas. For Priority Banking customers, kindly call the Priority Banking Toll Free Number at 1800-18-9000 for lost card notification to the Bank.
  2. Notification has to be made to the Bank in person or via telephone, telegram, facsimile, e-mail, and confirmation of the same has to be made in writing.

Processing Fee will be imposed if any request on Refund of Unutilised Value (usually for lost & stolen card, expired, damaged and cancellation)

Maintenance Fee is referring to maintenance of the Unutilized Value at six (6) monthly intervals from the date the TNG Chip in the Zing Card is deemed inactive.

Inactive means a Zing Card with no Card Transaction (reload or usage) for a period of 24 consecutive months.

 

 

Q: How long will a refund process take if I wish to terminate the card and there still has balance inside the card?

A: It's requiring 14 working days and the balance amount will be credited back to customer's "Retail Purchase account".

 

Q: When will the earmark amount RM100 to be released after customer requested to cancel the Zing Card/Debit Card?

A: The RM100 will be released within 21 working days from the date customer request submitted.

 

Q: How many times can I reload my Hong Leong Touch 'n Go Debit Zing Card in a day?

A: Only one (1) auto reload allow in a day.
