Discontinuation of Special Deposit Facility (SDF)/Special Deposit Facility-i (SDF-i)

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Please be informed that the SDF/SDF-i account will be discontinued effective 1 April 2018.

 

To assist with the transition, we respectfully would like to request you to transfer all available balances from your SDF/SDF-i account to your existing current account in Hong Leong Bank Berhad/Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad by visiting your home branch before 30 April 2018 and close the existing SDF/SDF-i account.

 

Please note that the requirement by Bank Negara Malaysia for all resident exporters to convert a minimum of 75% of their total export proceeds into Ringgit Malaysia remains in force.
