HLB MSIG TAKAFUL BERHAD EXITS GENERAL TAKAFUL BUSINESS

We wish to inform you that in accordance with the legislative requirements under the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, Hong Leong MSIG Takaful Berhad (“HLMT”) has exited the General Takaful business effective 1 July 2018 to enable it to focus on its Family Takaful business. Accordingly, HLMT will only carry on Family Takaful business with effect from 1 July 2018.

Pursuant to the above, we are unable to offer any General Takaful coverage to you until further notice. Alternatively, you may opt for general insurance products underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd.
