Standing Instructions (SI): please note

1. If you wish to set up a standing instruction via HLB Connect for your monthly instalments, please click here for a step by step guide.

Actions Needed By 1 October 2020:

1. For customers who had a Standing Instruction before the moratorium, the bank will automatically reinstate the Standing Instruction. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in the savings/current account by the due date to cover the payment.
2. For those customers who had a Standing Instruction with another bank (not with HLB/HLISB), please contact your bank to ensure that the SI is re-instated before the October payment date.
