HLB /HLISB will continue to offer assistance until 30-June 2021 to customers who experience difficulties in making loan & financing payments due to the following reasons:

  1. Reduction in income ( you or your spouse)
  2. Job loss ( you or your spouse)
  3. Impact in business cash flow
  4. Business Closure

 

In addition to the existing HLB/HLISB Payment Relief Assistance offered to all our customers facing financial impact, expanded assistance are now offered to registered M40, B40 and Microenterprises as per the 2021 Budget announcement.

Require assistance with managing your credit card debt.

 

Convert your outstanding credit card balance into a term loan through the HLB Credit Card Relief Conversion Plan. You have the option to opt-in for a 36-month instalment plan at an effective interest rate of 13%p.a. (Flat interest rate 7.1%p.a.)

Customers who have already converted your credit card balance into a term loan, but are now unable to continue instalment payments due to Covid 19, can also apply for a 25%, 50% or 75% reduction in monthly payment with an extended loan tenure.

Payment Relief Assistance for M40 customers as per the 2021 budget announcement

Customers (or customers who’s spouse are) in the M40 segment i.e. M40 household (monthly income RM4,001 to RM8,000) or M40 individual (monthly income RM2,001 to RM4,000)  and already registered in the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) database are eligible for application.
