- confirm that I/we have read and agree to the contents of Privacy Notice. I/We further acknowledge and agree that all personal data provided by me/us and/or acquired by Hong Leong Bank Berhad (97141-X) ("HLBB") and Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad (686191-W) ("HLISB") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Bank") from the public domain, as well as personal data that arises as a result of the provision of services to me/us will be subject to the Privacy Policy. I/We hereby agree and authorize the disclosure of my/our name(s) and other contact details to companies within the Bank and/or Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad group of companies for marketing and for promotional purposes.
- agree that I have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") of the Campaign;
- agree that the Campaign T&Cs and Hong Leong General Terms and Conditions of Accounts/Accounts-i in respect of the Participating Accounts/ Participating Accounts-i, or any relevant terms and conditions that Hong Leong Bank Berhad (97141-X) ("HLBB") and Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad (686191-W) ("HLISB") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Bank") may impose from time to time, are read as an entire agreement. In the event of any discrepancy, the Campaign T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy;
- that the Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on all the Eligible Customers; and
- agree to access the Bank’s Website at www.hlb.com.my or www.hlisb.com.my at regular time intervals to view the T&Cs of the Campaign and to ensure to be kept up-to-date on any change or variation to the T&Cs.
