Get Real-Time Notifications
Hong Leong Bank will notify cardholders through Notifications via HLB Connect App or SMS of every transaction made on their Debit Card/-i where the amount exceeds the pre-determined threshold amount set by the Bank. Such pre-determined amount is subject to change by the Bank from time to time.
To receive the Notifications via HLB Connect App, Debit Cardholders need to download and perform at least one login into the HLB Connect App. The latest mobile phone number of Debit Cardholders on record with Hong Leong Bank will be used for the purpose of sending SMS transaction alerts.
Please be informed that Debit Cardholders may set their preferred threshold amount for the Notifications via HLB Connect App or SMS transaction alerts or to opt-out from this Notifications via HLB Connect App or SMS transaction alert service.
To do so, cardholders are required to submit their requests by completing the Debit Card/Debit Card-i Transaction Alert Service Maintenance Form, which can be obtained from the Hong Leong Bank website at www.hlb.com.my or the nearest Hong Leong Bank branches.
