A rescheduled credit facility is one, which payment terms have been modified but the principal terms and conditions of the contract have not changed significantly.
This involved :
- capitalization/ amortization of the arrears,
- reduced interest/profit rate or
- extending the loan/financing tenure where applicable
A restructured credit facility is one which the terms and conditions have been modified principally. This may include a change in the type/structure/terms of a facility. For example : OD convert to Term loan/financing
