Financial Management and Resilience Programme (URUS Flood)

HLB/HLISB will continue to offer assistance to ALL individual and corporate customers (including SMEs and Microenterprises) who experience difficulties in making their loan and financing payments/repayments due to financial challenges caused by Covid-19 and the recent flood in Malaysia.

  • Financial Management and Resilience Programme (URUS Flood) – a financial relief programme with Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) to help eligible B50 customers will be extended for customers who have signed up for the Bank’s existing flood relief assistance programme. Customers can apply for URUS Flood upon the expiry of the Bank’s Flood Relief Assistance Programme, or up to 31 July 2022, whichever is earlier. Click here for more details.
  • HLB/HLISB Rescheduling & Restructuring (R&R) – financial relief plans for individual, SMEs and Microenterprises customers. Click here for more details.

Note:

i) Applications for all HLB/HLISB R&R after 1 July 2022 will be reported as Rescheduled and Restructured (R&R) in CCRIS.
ii) The rescheduling and restructuring (R&R) of existing loans/financing is to help customers with their cash flow so that businesses and individuals can better manage their financial obligations to suit the prevailing financial situation. The amount of accrued profit and late payment charges (where applicable) from the original loan/financing can be added to the total new debt obligation, but this amount cannot be capitalised in the calculation of the new profit.
iii) With the phasing out of the HLB/HLISB Payment Relief Assistance Plan on 30 June 2022, customers whose loans/financing are not eligible for URUS Flood or require further financial assistance, can seek assistance via HLB/HLISB Rescheduled and Restructured (R&R) or programmes under AKPK. Please contact us at the details listed below for further enquiries.
iv) For customers seeking to start payment/repayment after the end of PEMULIH/PRAP, click here for more details.
