A: Yes, e-wallet top ups and food delivery transactions from the listed Online Spend merchants will be awarded with 8X reward points.
Q: Is there any capping on the amount of reward points earned?
A: No, there is no capping on reward points earned across all spend categories.
Q: I already own an existing Sutera card. Will I be receiving a new card replacement?
A: No, there is no card replacement. The change is simply a product feature change to your existing Sutera card.
Q: I have just received my statement in September. Why am I not earning the 8X reward points for my online and groceries transactions?
A: The transactions listed in the September statement may reflect spending made in August. All spending prior to 1 September 2021 will be based of the current Sutera card benefits (before 1 September 2021).
