Updates to the Investment Services Agreement

Dear Valued Customers,

In our effort to serve you better, we have made some updates to your Investment Services Agreement ("ISA") to reflect the most recent revisions from the Fair Treatment of Financial Consumers ("FTFC") guidelines.

For new customers, the updated ISA will take effect on 29 August 2025 (Friday).

For existing customers, the updated ISA will take effect on 19 September 2025 (Friday).
