New Hong Leong Priority Banking Centre in Petaling Street Now Open

 

HLB reaches out to customers with another PB centre at the heart of Chinatown

 

Hong Leong Bank (HLB) recently opened its Priority Banking Centre in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown, on Petaling Street. The HLB Priority BankingCentre is the first of its kind in this established Kuala Lumpur landmark. It is also HLB's 14th Priority Banking Centre in Malaysia designed to serve theaffluent customers in the neighborhood.

 

"The HLB branch in Petaling Street has been here since 1978. Over the years the communities around the area have grown even more affluent and we felt thatnow is the right time to open a Priority Banking Centre in our Petaling Street branch to serve this segment of customers. This center will serve thebanking needs of customers who own businesses in Chinatown and residents in the extended Kuala Lumpur city centre enclave of Taman Persekutuan, TamanSeputeh, Taman Desa and Brickfields," said Ms Yvonne Chia, Group Managing Director of Hong Leong Bank.

 

"The new Priority Banking Centre in Petaling Street will have dedicated and professional Relationship Managers on hand to ensure customers are given ahighly personalized and rewarding banking experience. At the same time, we are providing customers with a holistic approach to banking, where convenience,privacy and clarity in financial solutions are a priority," Ms Chia added.

 

The newly set up Priority Banking centre gives our customers access to a safe, elegant and comfortable setting to perform their banking transactions, seekinvestment advice and updates from their Relationship Managers, conduct their business meetings and enjoy complimentary refreshments.

 

Hong Leong Bank Priority Banking Relationship Managers are trained to provide advice on the right products to help meet customers' desired financial goals.Priority Banking customers also get to enjoy designated 'green lane' services for banking transactions in all 185 branches of Hong Leong Bank nationwide.Other privileges include preferential rates on selected wealth management products, free-for-life Hong Leong Platinum credit card, a dedicated toll-freePriority Banking line and exclusive invitations to investment talks and lifestyle events. This comprehensive suite of services are available to individualswho are able to fulfill and maintain the minimum deposit and/or investment balance of RM200,000 at all times.

 

Today, the HLB Priority Banking has a customer base of more than 20,000. With a growing mass affluent market in Malaysia, Hong Leong Bank expects itscustomer base to grow even more.
