3.0 Equipment, Software and Connectivity

3.5 The Customer shall, at HLB/HLISB’s request, grant permission to access necessary features, functions and data on Mobile Device during installation/operation of HLB ConnectPro App (contacts, geolocation, memory/storage, photos/media, phone number, technical data/IP, diagnostics, analytics, notifications).

3.6 By allowing access described under Clause 3.5 above, the Customer agrees to also allow HLB/HLISB to collect and use the following information from the Customer’s Mobile Device:

(a) Geolocation, mobile phone number, phone memory and storage, and technical data such as device information, device settings and IP address for fraud monitoring and preventive security purposes;

(b) Diagnostics, technical and analytics data such as the HLB ConnectPro App crash and usage information for user support and user experience improvement.

The above information collected will not be shared with any third parties, with exception of the Customer’s personally unidentifiable device ID, which HLB/HLISB may share with a third party for the purpose of analysing any security threat or compromised access to HLB ConnectPro App.

3.7 From time to time, HLB/HLISB may update HLB ConnectPro and change the services offered through it to improve the performance, enhancement and introduce new functionality, new operating system compatibility upgrades, fraud monitoring controls and security updates.  HLB/HLISB will publish these updates on the official app store supported by the Customer’s Mobile Device.   The Customer agrees that it is their responsibility to update the HLB ConnectPro App when updates become available on the app store.
