A: This feature is being removed as the existing Balance Transfer (BT) program that is applicable for all cardholders is more competitive as illustrated below:
(i) Balance Transfer One-Time Fee Plans – One-time fee calculated on approved amount will be charged upfront and reflected in your next statement.

A: Currently, the lifetime BT program rates are 4.99% p.a. applicable during Existing Hong Leong Credit Cardholder's birthday month. There is also a 6.99% p.a. Online Interest Rate for Existing Hong Leong Credit Cardholder.
