Update in Cardholder Agreement

Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that the Cardholder Agreement will be revised with the following new clauses with immediate effect. For existing customers, the revised Cardholder Agreement will take effect on 05 August 2022.
Clause 1 – Definitions
(a) in a Dormant Account; or (b) in a Card Account which has been blocked and cancelled (whether at the request of the Cardholder or otherwise), for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date the Card Account is blocked and cancelled. |
Clause 19 – Balance of Card Account Due
(iii) Subject to Clause 24, any Unclaimed Moneys shall be dealt with by the Bank in accordance with the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965 (“UMA”) as may be amended from time to time. This may include sending the Unclaimed Moneys to the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys pursuant to the UMA. |
