NEW auto-billing merchants refers to auto-billing subscription with an Eligible Merchant which a Cardholder has newly sign up and pay for during the Promotion Period. Auto-billing subscriptions which are cancelled during the Promotion Period and subsequently re-enrolled for during the Promotion Period shall not be eligible.
