I further acknowledge and agree that all personal data provided by me and/or acquired by Hong Leong Bank Berhad 1930401000023 (97141-X) ("HLBB") (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") from the public domain, as well as personal data that arises as a result of the provision of services to me will be subject to the Privacy Notice. I hereby agree and authorize the disclosure of my name(s) and other contact details to companies within the Bank and/or Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad group of companies for marketing and for promotional purposes.
agree that I have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") of the Campaign;
agree that the Campaign T&Cs, Pay&Save Account T&Cs and Hong Leong General Terms and Conditions of Accounts in respect of the Participating Accounts, or any relevant terms and conditions that the Bank may impose from time to time, are read as an entire agreement. In the event of any discrepancy, the Campaign T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy;
agree that the Bank's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the acceptance and rejection of Participating Accounts registered through the registration page above;
agree to access the Bank’s Website at www.hlb.com.my at regular intervals to view the T&Cs of the Campaign and to ensure to be kept up-to-date on any change or variation to the T&Cs.
