Document Checklist – Salaried Employees
Please have the following documents ready for upload:
1. NRIC copy (front and back);
AND
2. One of the following documents:
i. Latest 2 years LHDN e-filing acknowledgement; OR
ii. Latest 2 years EPF statement; OR
iii. Latest 3 months pay slips and 3 months bank statements (matching the salary banked in). Commission earner: Latest 6 months pay slips and 6 months bank statements (matching the commission banked in)
