Beginning November 2025, we will start transitioning individual and sole proprietor customers to electronic bank letters and statements in phases. You'll receive letters by email and can access statements anytime on HLB Connect App / Online.

What does this mean for you?
Statements can be viewed/downloaded anytime on HLB Connect App/Online. Please note that they will no longer be sent via physical mail or email.
Letters* will be emailed directly to your registered email address.
*Please update your physical address, as certain types of letters are still mailed to some customers
How will this happen for you?
From November 2025, we will notify you by email at least a month before your account shifts to electronic bank letters & statements
