Please be informed that there will be revisions to the features of the following Emirates HLB Credit Card Products:

The Principal Cardholder is eligible to redeem a return flight ticket in Business Class to Europe which require 150,000 Miles with total Retail Transaction of RM300,000 within the Card Anniversary in the preceding year. |
The Principal Cardholder is eligible to redeem a Business Saver return flight ticket in Business Class to Europe* which require 150,000 Miles**, with total Retail Transaction of RM300,000 within the Card Anniversary in the preceding year. *The Business Saver return flight ticket and the location selected are subject to availability. **Miles required may fluctuate from time to time. |

The Principal Cardholder is eligible to redeem a return flight ticket in Economy Class to Europe which require 75,000 Miles with a total Retail Transaction of RM200,000 within the Card Anniversary in the preceding year.

Q1: Will cardholders be entitled to the four (4) times complimentary Emirates KLIA Lounge Access for Emirates HLB Credit Cards within the Card Anniversary?
No, all cardholders will be entitled to the four (4) times complimentary Emirates Dubai Lounges Access only.
Q2: For Emirates HLB Card, will cardholders be entitled to redeem a Flex Plus return flight ticket in Business Class with 150,000 Miles and Economy Class with 75,000 Miles?
No, all cardholders will be entitled to redeem a Business Saver return flight to Europe with 150,000 Miles and Economy Saver return flight to Europe with 75,000 Miles with a total Retail Transaction of RM300,000 and RM200,000 respectively, in the preceding year within the Card Anniversary.
To redeem a Flex Plus return flight ticket, the cardholders have to top up the miles by themselves. The Miles provided will be capped at 150,000 Miles for Emirates HLB World Elite Card and 75,000 Miles for Emirates HLB World Card.
