GROUP PROCUREMENT
Group Procurement of Hong Leong Bank Group (“HLBG”), strives to achieve responsible purchasing, where it takes into consideration the value proposition, the environmental and sustainability effects associated with the end-to-end requisition life cycle.
We have digitalized the procurement process in-line with the Banking Group strategy. This streamlined process requires suppliers to register themselves online and undergo supplier qualification process. Only approved registered suppliers will be invited to participate in requests for information, quotation, proposal and tender processes.
We welcome registration from suppliers who offer competitively priced high quality goods and services. We strongly encourage inquiries from SMEs and Sole Proprietors. Upon successful registration, you will be on-boarded to HLBG’s panel where relevant business information will be available to our buyers to further understand the nature and scope of the goods/services of your offerings and to jointly explore business opportunities.

Supplier Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct for Suppliers (“the Code”) sets the expectation of HLBG on all suppliers to conduct business in a lawful and ethical manner. Please read and understand the Code.
Note: This Code of Conduct is not a contract. It does not confer rights on any supplier nor does it impose obligations on HLBG. In case of conflict between the Code and the main contract of performance, the terms of the contract shall prevail.
