Access the Tracker
Select "Access My Application" > "Track My Application" on our Hong Leong Bank homepage OR Visit www.hlb.com.my/etracker > Key in your NRIC or Passport No. > Select "Proceed"

Key in the mobile number that you provided as part of your application > Select "Proceed" > An OTP will be sent to your mobile device > Key in the 6-digit OTP > Select "Submit"
